Things to Know
Smoking is prohibited on the aircraft ramp.
A liability release will be provided at check-in and must be completed and signed before boarding.
Passengers must be 5 years of age or older.Youth, ages 12-17, must have a legal guardian present at check-in to sign a release form.
Children, ages 5-11, must be accompanied by a parent on all flights.
Passengers must attend a pre-flight safety briefing before boarding.
There will be crew members to assist you in boarding, securing seat belts, and answer any questions.
The aircraft engines are loud. We require ear protection to be worn during flight. If you do not have your own, foam earplugs may be provided.
For your safety and protection, all passengers should wear long pants. The metal interior of our aircraft can get quite hot, even on mild days. Closed-toed shoes should also be worn for safety and to prevent possible injury entering and exiting the aircraft.
While we never intend to, we reserve the right to cancel any flight at the Pilot-In-Command’s discretion. For cancellations of these types, we will issue a full refund.
These reasons include, but are not limited to
Because of our aircraft’s historical importance, we restrict the operation of “That’s All Brother” to Visual Flight Rules (VFR) conditions. Normally, we’ll try to postpone the flight until weather conditions improve, but sometimes Mother Nature wins.
Unfortunately, sometimes things break, and we may need to delay, postpone, or cancel a flight until maintenance can fix a problem.
Sometimes the minimum number of seats to economically operate the aircraft for a given flight aren’t sold. First, we’ll try to move you to another flight, but that may not always be possible. We ask for your consideration if this occurs. We’re a non-profit organization and rely on sales and donations to operate each flight.
7-Day Refund Policy
You may cancel your tickets at any time for any reason within 7 days of your scheduled flight and receive a full refund. Inside of seven days, you will receive a refund if we are able to rebook your ticket with another patron.
We follow precautions to defend against the spread of COVID 19 and to help keep our crew and the public as safe as possible. These precautions include extra sanitation procedures, masks, and social distancing during aircraft tours and flights.
During check-in, we’ll ask several questions to assess any COVID symptoms and the possibility of recent exposure. Passengers will undergo a temperature screening upon check-in. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4F or higher won’t be allowed to fly, neither will anyone exhibiting symptoms like coughing or sneezing.
While we are making every effort to protect our crew and passengers, true social distancing may not always be possible once inside the aircraft. For everyone’s safety, masks must be worn for the entire flight.
Passengers who are over the age of 65 or who have underlying health conditions such as heart disease, lung disease, kidney disease, diabetes, or autoimmune disorders or are in high-risk categories may not want to fly.
